Week 3: First Four
- Similar to the “First, Ten” concept from Seth Godin
- Coaches will focus on starting at least 4 new clients with the same goal
Week 4: Crafting Intro Messages
- Basics of Momentum Method thinking
- How much assessment is needed?
Week 5: Diagnosing Obstacles
- Understanding the Open Gates Model
- Examples for each gate
Week 6: Habit Layering Techniques
- How to keep going with keystone habits without being boring
- Guiding overly ambitious clients
Week 7: Ideas for Sparking Interaction
- Examples of messages for check-in/encouragement
- Navigating AWOL or disengaged clients
- Practicing active listening techniques
Week 8: Building Your Coaching Practice
- Developing your coaching rhythm
- Building your library of messages and ideas
- Keeping client notes/profiles
- Goal-setting & pricing examples
Required Exercises for Certification:
- Use the coaching triangle to set up your coaching profile (Week 2)
- Set up your keystone habit in a coaching package. In the description, explain how it relates to the bigger goal and why you’re #1. (Week 2-3)
- Write your welcome message and first reply, using supportive assessments and a clear recommendation for the next action. (Week 4-5)
- Coach 4-10 clients in your keystone habit, and write at least two reviews at least two weeks apart. (Week 5-8)
